Hello from Melbourne!

My mate has just been diagnosed with Crohns, and whilst I don't understand the intricacies of the disease, I would imagine that eating the right foods would be very beneficial for him.

Could anybody recommend some good cookbooks for me, to give to him? Any help would be much appreciated.
