I'm a 19 year old guy. And I haven't had a sexual intercourse till now.
I have been masturbating in the prone position (lying on my stomach, rubbing my penis against the mattress..) since my childhood and started ejaculating during it, in and after my puberty. But,
I have never ejaculated masturbating, while lying on my back.
Though, I get a full blown erection this way, easily.
Now.
MY PROBLEM / WORRY:
I recently read about TMS i.e Traumatic Masturbatory Syndrome.. and it has really scared me a lot. I tried but I cannot ejaculate while masturbating lying on my back. I can just do it when, I do it in a prone position..
Is this a disease or something.. and how can it effect my sexual relations with a girl in the near or distant future? Also,Please suggest some corrective measures if required.. and mention the details..
I'm really worried. And scared. Please reply as soon as possible.
Suggestions on how to achieve ejaculation lying on my back while masturbating..

Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

What you are having is sex related anxiety and there is nothing to worry about. If your morning erections are good then the cause is psychological. Mean while you should take protein diet, regular exercise, remain stress free, and remove sex related anxiety. For this, you can masturbate slowly and gradually while lying on the back.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
