Hello everyone. I'm a 19 year old female, 5'1 and 235lbs. I know I'm overweight and I don't think my symptoms ate related to that. I have chronic heartburn and take medicine for it when needed. But back when we had hurricane Irene my home was hit pretty bad and I began shaking so I thought it could be low blood sugar so I ate something but it did not help at all. So I went to my friends who had power and the shaking went away. I assumed it was stress or anexity and went on with my life. Then one day randomly I became shaky but not physically shaking just on the inside like my bodies chemistry was off or something and thought it couldn't be stress because I don't feel stressed or any anexity at the moment. So I looked up diabetes and other things that caused shaking. I do not have any symptoms of diabetes besides shaking and being overweight. I stressed over it and made it worse until I hung out with my friends and it went away again. When I was out doing stuff and being occupied it was not noticeable but when I was at home it came back and I felt it. I went on ignoring it the best I could and then recently my head has began to twitch constantly, mosly when I am at rest ane night time. It's doing it as I type and I'm worried again. I don't know what this could be. I've been putting off going to the doctor thinking it will go away eventually but it's getting worse I think. Could this be anexity or something serious? Please help I cannot sleep over this. I just want it to stop so I can feel normal again.

Omfg me too. It gets worse. So be prepared. You'll start getting panic attacks. You now have anxiety or panic disorder but that's how I started off. Randomly shaking and twitching. Also do lots of exsersize because being over weight can cause more of anxiety and plus exsersize helps you relieve stress and live a healthy long life c: Many blessings.
