I am a 23 year old male. Recently I started doing Kegel exercises, which has resulted in largely beneficial results as advertised. However I have discovered that I can force pre-ejaculate from my urethra by tensing my abdomen and perineum, similar to urination. My question is, is this healthy, or am I risking damage to my penis and prostate by putting this kind/amount of pressure on them? Could it weaken them or is it safe and has the potential to make the structures stronger?
