Chant Om.. pronounced AAAAAAAuuuuuummm look up mantras you might think im stupid but try it ... watch alan watts - the real you and some other videos... to calm your mind .. take vitamin b6, vitamin b 12 and vitamin b3(niacin),vitamin c 1000mg take a few each day,and some selenium tablets, get some fruit and veg, eat some walnuts there really good for your brain, drink loads of water, and try a 7 day fast of just water it will cleanse your brain aswell as your body get some green tea aswell, it could be toxins like mercury which are causing you to feel like you are.. get back to me if u want more help.. or yea even better get some fish oils omega 3,6,9.. essentail fatty acids and DHA get some hemp seeds and hemp seed oil ive told you loads of stuff here what are good for the brain ..and should help you out i hope these work.. i think the omegas 3,6,9 vitamins and lots of water shuold really help you.. or ye and dont listen to them ive had trouble not with voices but just with plain paranoia ive still got it but i know not to listen to it its just my mind playin tricks or and try get some melatonin which is for sleep make sure you get loads of sleep.. and exercise is good even though you might not feel like it loll... cya later hope this helps !!!!!!!!
