Q: recent ecg tracing

I wish I could post what it looks like because the numbers I don't really have a clue about. Any insight appreciated. Numbers are:

PR interval 162 ms
QRS duration 76 ms
Qt/QTc 396/424 ms
P R T axes 76 48 31

I haven't been able to find anything that looks even remotely like my tracing and doesn't look like any of my previous tracings. I do take a daily beta blocker.
