Infertility Answer A5593
Previous anatomical disorders can not be avoided as a reason for infertility. However, certain other reasons can. Infection with bacteria that can cause infertility is most easily prevented by not having intercourse with an affected person. Any signs of discharge or itching and unexplainable redness are alert signs. A hormonal imbalance is very hard to prevent. The only thing that you can do is to minimize stress.
As for your diet, no medical scientific data can be given about the influence of certain kinds of food on the fertility.
Regular visits to a gynecologist can help detecting certain disorders in early stages thus preventing further complications that might lead to infertility.
