Q: Reasons for chest pain

I don't drink, smoke, or take any drugs. However, I used to drink a lot of coffee, 1 full teaspoon with upto 3 teaspoons of sugar. I drink like that 2~ 3 times a day. I used to do this for 6~ 8 years. I don't do much exercise either. I felt my chest felt worse when I drink coffee these days so I stopped it completely a 3 weeks ago, not even one single cup of coffee. The pain seemed to some-what lessened but the sore pain is still there. Also, I used to sleep with my blanket covered my face entirely. That's how I used to sleep for years. But I have stopped that too about 3 weeks ago. I am concerned now. Any suggestions or what maybe wrong with me?
