Name is Jack (44yr, male) I was in an accident where I was hit from behind by a fully loaded semi (June 1, 2011). I was at a stop in a construction zone on the interstate and was rear ended by the semi that was traveling at 65mph. etc.

Nothing broken (they took x-rays), but per the doctors here, I was told I have a bad case of whip lash, they did a MRI of my back, (I have the Report and MRI photos) I have a few problems that where found.

T11-T12, L3 - L4, L4- L5. Bulging ranging from: Tiny, Mild, to Moderate in size, also some protruding into the core, and some minor tearing.

I have Numbness in my left leg (when it's bent for more then 10min), left leg is weak and I can not pull my left foot up to the same level as my right leg. Problem in the left hip area, lower back to mid-back area, along with upper back area and the back of neck, I have headaches that wont go away, my head feel like someone is knocking me in the head with a hammer, and my neck is in consent pain. Feel like its on fire and someone is pulling my hair and hurt to turn my head. I have trouble sleeping at night, Im lucky to get 4hrs of sleep a night and when I wake up at night my arms and hands are numb. Its hard for me to seat and stand for long periods of time; I can only walk only for about 2 blocks.

They have told me, Im fine, but they want to do injection (steroids) in my back.

Does this sound about right to you?? Why do I still have headaches??

Extremely eHealthy
it takes a while but the cells in the body replace themselves and the steroids will help . so give it a try and as to headaches, try few aspirin daily
also go to vitamin store and buy ARNICA and take about 10 a day spread out over 24 hrs for few weeks
good luck

Steroid injections would help speed up recovery while diminishing your pain. Sounds good to me.
