I'm 17 and a virgin. Last night i used a vibrator for the first time. I had my first orgasm and I think, it was more intense than when i just use my hand. I was shuddering real hard and then I just wanted to sleep. I fell asleep real quick and woke up about an hour later and the vibrator was still inisde me on low (i thought it was turned off). This morning I woke up and I was really sore down there and the soreness hasn't gone away. I was also bleeding some but I'm late for my period and sometimes I bleed a little in between periods. Do you think this is normal?

Hello and welcome to eHealth forum!

The soreness is due to prolonged vibrator use. So wait for a few days before you use it again. Yes, the response to vibrator can be this high, and some women do experience this high orgasm even through intercourse.

Since you spot inbetween, please consult your gynecologist to find out whether it is due to hypothyroidism, cervical dysplasia, cervical polyps, cervicitis (infection/inflammation of cervix), vaginitis (infection/inflammation of vagina), uterine fibroids, hormonal imbalance as in polycystic disease of the ovary, and stress. Hope this helps. Take care!
