really sensitive during sex/masturbation

I'm nearly 50 yrs old and haven't had much of a sex life due to 10 years of back surgeries. the first time I had sex my foreskin became so inflamed that my penis looked defomed & I ended up in ER, they said it was a reaction to the condom or a product the woman used. I couldn't wear pants for three days and the skin was so damaged that it looked like my dick had been in a fire, some skin turned black & flaked off as it healed. I haven't masturbated regularly since I was in my late 30's and now I have use a ton of lube even if the woman lubricates well. I did not have this sensitivity when Ii was young and had a regular sex life. now the underside on right side of penis literally starts to burn after short periods of penetration or masturbation. I don't feel this during oral sex, but intercourse is literally painful after just a few minutes. this has ruined my sex life. I also have those tiny sebaceous bumps, sometimes none, sometimes several grouped together. they aren't visible but I can feel them under the skin in the area I'm most sensitive. thx.
