really need help am i epileptic or not

when i was 15 i had a seizure with no convulsion just my eyes rolling during my sleep and my mom walked in
this
happened twice in 2 days. my mom did try to walk me around and i
wouldnt i was limp and my dad was slapping my face and holding my
tongue..but both clamim that just my eyes were rolling but i was
unresponsive

i was only given that eeg at the hospital and they said i had a seizure
a gran maul seizure

and
the nuerologist there said i had epilepsy my dr thought it could be a
reaction to the sleeping pill which was prescribed to me after a car
accident for sleep i do not remember the name of it but they all agred i
shouldnt have been on it

then i was put on dilantin and my
levels have always been low but they never adjusted it because they said
iw as having no seizures

then i seen my first nuero in 14 years
this year and he performed hand tests on me and things and said i should
get an eeg which i cant afford and said that i would probaly never have
another seizure.

and then my family dr adjusted my dilantin after 14 years to 4 pills a day instead on 3. and my level stayed the same

i am now 30 and have been seizure free since that second one

i stopped dilantin once and remained seizure free for 6 months then got scared so started taking it again

i seen my first neurologist in 15 years a month ago he gave me a few tests following his hands and walking on my heels and stuff and told me i would never have another seizure again

I WAS SITTING ON THE COUCH AND I GOT LIKE A DIZZINESS AND A HOT FLASH FEELING
STARTING AT MY HEAD AND WENT DOWN MY BODY AND THEN A STOMACH ACHE
IS THIS MY ANXIETY KICKING IN FOR NO REASON OR SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS
