Sometimes my labia minora gets really dry and is semi painful. I think it is from having sex 2-3 times daily. After sex its rare but it burns when I pee as if I'm sore. Also I get a white toilet paper substance on the inner parts of my labia which usually comes with a fishy odor but goes away within 2 days. Could this be a yeast infection?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms that you describe are suggestive of vaginal infection. Consider visiting your gynecologist for a thorough examination done along with vaginal swab/smear test done to identify causative organism. Get started on treatment as indicated. Avoid vaginal douching, use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments and avoid tight fitting clothes. Avoid accumulation of sweat and moisture in the area for long period of time. Drink plenty of water and fruit juices. Avoid caffeinated and carbonated beverages. Get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection and avoid having intercourse while both are on treatment course.
Take care.
