really bad swelling and bruising, need to find Dr.

Hello i have had 2 babies in the last 2 years and i have lupas when i was pregnat i had shortness of breath and heart pains all the time but doc said it was ust cause i was pregnat an the baby was growing but now my babies r 15 and 5 mon. Old and i still have this problem and worse like really bad swelling that cause bad pain,brusing in my hands, and unable to move all i have is steroids and vitaman i'am 27 and have no energy and i have this sharp pain in my left lower sholder blade please help cant find a good doc in my area seems like no one takes me serious!!!!
