below my pee hole is a small lump, not big. its hard to explain. it's in the pee hole area but at the bottom. it's really sore and i dont know what it is. i also have a really bad itch around my vagina if that helps. please help.

The lump and the itching both suggest infection.
Get an examination done by your healthcare provider/gynecologist, to see what the lump is. You might also require a vaginal smear to identify what the infective organism is. You will be started on antibiotics to control it based on the investigation findings.
Do not delay your visit to your healthcare provider/gynecologist.
