Your project is good... but where does it say about contraceptives being taught in school? Thats something my school didnt teach, and it was a public school. More teaching needs to be done on contraceptives, in my opinion, Im not saying abstinence is wrong to teach. im saying there are people that arent going to be abstinate and in that case they should at least learn about safe sex. They say parents should teach this, but most parents dont talk to there kids. I know when my mom found out I was sexually active she didnt offer to help me get birth control or even teach me about condoms. She wasnt comfortable, and now shes going to be a grandma this month. Other than that your project seems very well done. anyhow, thats just my 2 cents.

Oh I was wrong for assuming that all public schools taught contraceptive use, in my public school they taught us about IUD, Birthcontrol pills, depo vera shots, and condom usuage, etc
thats interesting

Im in Ohio and they brought in a thing called project keepsake or something like that. They completely skipped anything about contraceptives. Its ok. I think most people dont realize that not all schools teach safe sex.
