Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Vaginal infections are recurrent during pregnancy. Sore and hurting nipples are also a symptom suggestive of pregnancy. Avoid use of over-the-counter medications. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough evaluation along with vaginal swab/smear test done to look for causative agent. Get started on suitable treatment as indicated. Get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection. The changes in period duration and pattern could be due to stress, changes in sleep, eating habits or exercise levels etc. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Wait and watch for your next periods. If you do not start with periods within 10 days of expected period dates or if you develop any new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy, or if you get abnormal periods, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
