Reactive Hypoglycemia Fall and Rise Again??

Hi there, I have similar symptoms ( not diagnosed yet, docs next week bought my own meter)Mine goes up to about 12.8mmol, 1/2 and hour after food, the crashes sometmes to 5.5, I get symptoms of shaking, feel very hunger, head spinning etc,even though 5.5 isnt low.I went to 3.3mmol when driving, shaking, disorientated, nearly collapsed when I got out of the car.Had 3 swigs of Lucozade, up to 7.8mmol.Not sure if it is Reactive Hyperglycemia or Diabetes but its scary when it drops.My BS will rise from 5.5 before exercise( a 3 mile run) to 9mmol.Also mine will rise on its own slightly without food, lucozade etc.Its a mystery isnt it, have you been diagnosed x
