Hi
I am not sure if this is the correct area but would be great for a response or direction.

1) my first attack was around March this year, sitting at work on the laptop and all of a sudden i get a loud ringing noise in my right ear, my head goes fuzzy and wants to drop, followed by burning in my stomach up to my heart. This followed by extreme fatigue and had to go home and slept for around 5 hrs solidly. On waking i still felt shaky and the ringing in my ear although not as intense was still there.
2) my 2nd attack was around April, i had been on a some medication for vertigo that kind of helped or at least reduce the dizzy spells. I had flown to Luxembourg for a number of meetings over 3 days. On the 2nd day (the night before i had a few beers)i had another attack. This time i had the burning from the stomach and a very tight head, i lost sleep all night as my heart was pounding and thought i was having a heart attack or a stroke! The next morning i was still bad and collapsed in the Hotel. I was taken to hospital where i had calmed down but was given some anti-acid solution, the next few days was very fatigued and quiet (well for me anyway!)for information i had throughout the day before the attack strong filtered coffee
3) my 3rd attack in July i was at home doing some DIY i had throughout the day 2 cans of Red bull. Later that evening i had the sharpe noise back in my ear, stomach acid, heartburn and pumping heartbeat. My wife tested my blood pressure and the was 175/110, normal for me is 130/80. I had issue sleeping again that night had some blood pressure pill (my wives) and eventually slept until 11am the next morning. Still shaky.

At this point i gave up caffeine or as much as possible, i started to smoke again after giving up for near 7 months, and immediatly felt better after i had a course of anti-biotics to clear a sinus infection.

4) my last attack was Sunday this week. this time only a bar of chocolate and a roast dinner. Blood pressure up to 190/120 pumping heart etc.

I haven't been to the doctors, but my feeling is that i have developed a reaction to certain food types i.e. caffeine, chocolate. I have been a little stressed recently, but this i put to the above.

Any thoughts or help as you can imagine would be greatly received.

Thanks!!
