Q: Reaction to Alcohol

For about 8 years, I would say that 50-75% of the times that I drink I wake up the next day with an AWFUL headache that lasts roughly until 8pm the next day. This has occurred when I've had bottom shelf liquor, top shelf liquor, one drink, one too many drinks, etc.

I get migraines as it is, so I understand what a headache feels like, and these headaches are up there with the worst migraines I've gotten.
What also scares me is that about 25% of the time I vomit the next day in the afternoon.

Last night I had two mixed drinks and a beer over a 6 hour time period and had a horrible headache until 8p and vomited all day today.

I understand that the answer would be not to drink, which I can do. I don't feel that I have a drinking problem, however, I would just like to be able to go out and have two martinis without feeling horrible the next day.

What scares me is what causes this since it doesn't happen to anyone else I know. Liver problems? Alcohol allergy? Please help.
