Q: reached ideal BMI still no period

After being underweight for three years and not having a period for ten months, I have finally reached my ideal BMI, maintained it for three months, but still have not gotten a period. I am 32 years old and wish to conceive. I consulted with my OBGYN six months ago and she urged me to gain weight. I have done that and am getting concerned. At what point should I re-consult with my OBGYN? Do I need to be patient and let my body work the problem out naturally or is there something I can do to help jump start my cycle? Thank you!

You should go to your doctor, in the first place. Your period may not come again, depending on how much you harmed your organism, ok?
