how can i tell if i re injured my achilles?i been wearin a cast for 4 weeks.i almost tripped today and im filling a bit of numbness but no pain. is there anything taht i can aside from going to the hospital

Thanks for using this forum....

numbness can be due to some swelling and injury to the feet...The cast is recommended for 4-6 weeks and i think you can meet your doctor to stop the cast now and see full weight bearing..this depends upon the degree of tendon tear...
