Raw skin patch

I slept with a guy that had a few raw skin patches on his skin, they were slightly elevated, a very light red (raw-ish), and circular (and dry feeling). These were mostly on the back (only a few) and a couple on the stomach. On the legs there were some acne-like spots and on the back of his arms the skin was a bit dry, with it peeling.

I only noticed this at the very end, when we were going to shower. Now I am very paranoid. We didn't have 'full' sex, it was only oral, but the oral was unprotected. Is this just some strange skin condition, or is it a sign of HIV or something like that? His medicine cabinet had a mild steroid for the skin patches I guess, but other than that and regular pain etc medicines that everyone has, I noticed no other meds (but they could of course be elsewhere).
