Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. Your symptoms are suggestive of cholinergic urticaria. It is a form of chronic hives that is caused by an increase in body temperature. You can take antihistaminics like Benadryl and Claritin. Topical calamine lotion is also helpful in relieving the symptoms. More severe cases require topical and oral corticosteroids and immunotherapy. For that you need to consult your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
