Q: Rash under foreskin

I woke up this morning to find a series a tiny red spots/dots under my foreskin just by the base of the head of my penis. I have never had something like this before. However i do suffer from very bad male thrush from time to time where "cottage cheese" effect, red blotches and a smell are very common. I treat it with a cream whenever it arises. However these itchy spots are something new. Im in my early 30's.

Im in a relationship. However we had break up some months ago and in December I was with another woman. While the sex was protected, there was some unprotected oral sex performed on me. Other than that there has been no unprotected sexual encounters bar with my girlfriend.

Other than that incident my partner and I have not seen any other people since the relationship started some years ago.

Any opinions?
