Rash on Pubic Hair

I'm an 18 year old male. About 2 days ago I had sex with a female that I met through a friend, who I met at a bar. I do not know much about her, other than the fact that she's had more than 2 partners, because I told her that I had 2 and she said that she's had more. I didn't really think anything of it, so I didn't ask for anymore details. That night I brought her home and we had sex. I ofcourse wore a condom during intercourse, but I did not when she performed oral sex on me. We ended the night with oral sex, as I ejaculated in her mouth. My genital region was left very wet, and I kind of gave it a wipe but for the most part it just air dried over night.

I took a shower the next morning and all seemed to be fine. But the evening of the next day I became very itchy in the genital area, and when I got home I noticed a rash on my genitals. Nothing on my actual penis, as in the shaft or head, just what seems to be on the pores of my pubic hair.

PLEASE HELP I'M EXTREMELY WORRIED!!
