Hello,

I have been to the doctor 5 times recently and they still haven't figured out what is wrong. I am a 23 year old male, 5'11" and 166 lbs.

Symptoms:
Rash on both sides of neck, swollen tonsils, pain in tonsils, tonsoliths, swollen neck/glans/lymph nodes, stiff neck/feels tight when moving head, congestion in chest/lungs, fatigue, dark foamy urine, sometimes severe throat pain especially on right side/tonsil & sometimes no pain at all, small red bump on palate above throat opening and larger red bump approx 1/2inch on rear of throat, white substance on tonsils, also very difficult to swallow and sometimes feels like things get stuck in throat for 30 minutes at a time, lost 30 lbs in 6 months

That's a long list sorry - also note I have had 20 ear infections since birth and occasional sinus infections from time to time.

I originally had strep and treated it. A month later was when I noticed my throat starting to look funny. I have had the above symptoms for 3 months now.

Since then, I tested negative for strep twice, and mono, ears look fine/no infection, no sinus clogging.

I'm currently being treated with Penicillin VK in case theres some residual strep. I'm also being treated with Nystatin in case it is Thrush/a yeast infection. Also treated the rash with Cortain and it is going away/doesn't itch anymore

My throat does not look any better and it still hurts just as bad as before if not worse.

Any ideas on what this could be?
