rash on foreskin

I have this rather embarassing question to ask. I have had this dry, slightly discolored patch on the foreskin of my penis. The patch does NOT itch, cause any kind of discomfort, its NOT very glaring, . I'm a virgin. The patch is slightly whiter than the skin around it, it should be about 4cm cm by 2 cm and is on the 'pullable' foreskin of my skin, nothing underneath the foreskin on the shaft of the penis. When I look at the patch closely I see very tiny scales and that the skin of the affected area is more coarse than the area around it. I'm a little bit worried about it, it would be great to have some professionl advice or someone who has had similar symptoms. I would be happy to send a picture if someone wants to take a look.
