Q: Rash on chest after sun

It seems that every time i go out into the sun i get a rash on my chest area, after applying E45 cream that tends to subside but as soon as i go back out into the sun it flares up again, also i have started to get a some lumps along my arms and hands and a series or red dots on the top of my right foot.

My chest gets itchy when it has flared up but the others are not itchy.

I have made a doctors appointment for tuesday 2 June 09. But, i am just nervous incase it's nothing to do with the sun but something else, i have been taking folic acid as i have been trying to get pregnant and i guess thats another reason why i am nervous about it.

Could really do with some advice.

turns out it is a sun rash and there is no guarantee that i wont get it right the way through the summer, he gave me some gel cream thing to put on to try and reduce it.

Hiya, thats prickly heat isnt it? Try aloe vera gelly or promolis cream.

My boyfriend has the same problem and found this works. U could try the aloe vera juice to, its great stuff. Tastes crap but is great for this sort of thing, plus makes ur skin and hair look great and is contains properties to fight wrinkles.
