Q: Rash on calves

Ok, so about two weeks ago I got these red, raised bumps on my calves (size ranging from pencil-point to about the size of a sharpie-point). I wasn't overly worried because I had just shaved, and maybe the shaving cream had bothered my skin. But the little bumps have spread, slowly but steadily, and are now sprinkled over my chest and arms. There are some clusters of the bumps on my legs.
The don't itch, don't ooze anything, and haven't caused me any pain, but I'd really like to know if this is a problem and if I should see my doctor or skip over to the ER.

Thanks bundles!

Without other accompanying symptoms like pain, temperature, the cause for the rash is rarely something serious.
This rash can be due to skin disease or irritation from detergent, soap, or fabric.
A rash that begins with a single patch on one leg, but soon multiple lesions appear on both lower legs and may later affect the trunk and arms, could be an eczema or dermatitis, since most often, a rash affecting the lower legs is a type of dermatitis.

See your physician for referral for dermatologist!
