rash help please!*pic included*

Alright so this Friday (03-11-11)i was pulling the seats out of an old car, it had faint smell of cat urine, well as i was unbolting the seats i rubbed my hand back and forth a few dozen times on the carpet, then i thought u know i should get some gloves for this so i did. however it was already too late i have a rash on my right hand triangle shaped from my thumb to index finger. it is extremely itchy and doesn't seem to be getting better quick. haven't scratched but its supper distracting while trying to study. i tried extra strength hydro-cortisone and it makes it more itchy. they are small red raised bumps. any ideas its driving me nuts only thing that seems to help is that aloe vera burn relief cooling spray. or running very cold water over it. thanks for your input and help

my other problem is that the dermatologist here in town are booked so getting in to see one would take months :(
