Q: rash caused by reaction ?

My son is 11 months old. I noticed a rash on his entire body Easter Saturday night, I was thinking it was probably a small reaction to something new he had over Easter, (no chocoloate), but im nt sure. They're just really small pimple like bumps all over, It's Wednesday this morning, and it's still there, and seems more noticable to me.

Any ideas, suggestions, advice?

It sounds like a bad case of eczema to me, but I would recommend getting your child to a doctor immediately to make sure it isn't something more serious. Your doctor will be able to recommend a safe pediatric treatment for it as well if it is only eczema.
