I'm a 28 year old male. I have a lot of red spots at the top of my thighs running up to my hips and across my lower stomach (my genitals are fine). I've asked a number of doctors about it but they couldn't suggest anything that helped to get rid of them. I've tried various creams including Daktakort, Canesten, Quadriderm, Tea Tree Oil Cream and Bio-Oil, but nothing has helped at all. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get rid of them?
