I Have cyst On My Ovaries and For The Past Year Every Few Monthes Ill Get A Rash Above My Belly Button. There will Be a Lump Inside My Belly Button And Around it will be Swollen Almost As If Im Bloated. Do I Have The Symptoms Of Ovarian Cancer?

Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Usually polycystic ovarian disease does not cause rash or lump on abdomen. The rash could be due to a different cause.
Get them examined by your healthcare provider/doctor the next time they appear. If you suspect ovarian cancer, discuss with your doctor about getting tests done to look for presence of ovarian cancer like the tumour marker tests.
