Rare form of impotence ?

Hi I have a strange case of impotence no urologiste as heard of. Please I need someones help!! ???(((Pelvic floor hypertonia..???)))

When i get an erection at the base on my penis its gets very hard, very, like its going to blow , only at the base and it cuts like a ring and the rest of the penis is soft but long as if the blood is going in but no pressur. Also the pelvic floor gets realy hard too like theres a back flow...But I've seen a pelvic floor specialist and theres no (((Pelvic floor hypertonia..???)))

When I did the penile doopler (PGE1) the hard lump or mass dident show up. So the urologistes are puzzled, they say every thing should be normal!Blood circulation is fine..

But injection of PGE1 is not part of a natural phenomena of erection. I've seen 8 uro 12 Dr in all. One hematologist as seen my problem and wrote me a letter. One Radiologiste as seen and partly diagnos my prob. One Osteopathe as seen the probleme but could not understand it, and one massotherapist as seen it to without success to treat it. Belive me I'm stuck with this for 4 years now and it cost me alot of money with all these ptofessional...I just dont know where to turn annymore..

The best way to see it was to stimulate my self and then put the ultra sound on it.. Wich I got a chance to do . The radiologist toeld me its not circulatory it a muscle contraction...!! She ad never seen this befor... So I used magnasium oraly and topical with oil...No results!! But the hematologist who as seen and palped the probleme still belives it's circulatory..??

I'm 38 slim 130lb dont smoke or drink and clean.

My ACTH is 14.8 High
My Testosterone is 9.7 low
Aldosterone standing is 413 normal
My PSA is normal
Prolactine normal-high
My sperm count is limite with low viability

The penile mass is like a ring at base of penis hard but flask penis no peronies...?

No erection in my sleep?? Only this hard mass at the base of my penis!!

The trouble is that sometimes I get a perfect erection no hard mass at the base, and then suddently the ring shows up! but that is rare now most of the time the problem is there??? But its not phycological because in the night in my sleep most of the time it does the same thing in the night and also in the morning. Why!! And when I do , I wake up with this hard mass at the base , the root of the penis again?? I dont undersatand, I'm lost cause I've seen 8 urologiste done a penile doppler and they say everything should be ok?circulation of blood is good???
No hiv, no syphillis or hepatitis or diabets, my pressur is normal, blood surgar too.. Theres no peronies
or fibrosis annywhere, pancreas, liver!

i add a operation for a varicocel about 15 years ago, and they tied a vein that drains the tests that leads to in the left kidney. They say its not related.

the bulb of the penis is exacly where the hard mass cums,only on a stimulation. theres nothing on palpation at rest...

Please help all the uro i seen here dont have a clue.
