hi,
i'm 21 years old and last year i removed my thyroid which was Benign. after 6 months of my surgery the doctor asked for a blood test to determine if i should or shouldn't take pills , result was that i don't need madication . the problem is that sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night getting panic attacks for 20 minutes i start shaking my heart beats fast and my tempreture rises . and every day i wake up in the morning with rapid heart beating. is this because of my thyroid or is it because of something else. and how can i overcome this feelings?.

you may be able to help this by working out a nutrient balance to help with your hormone production look up ithyroid.com & study this maybe you could contact a orthomolecular nutritionist to help with this.
