Q: random shock in chest

I have Just got over some withdrawls that included anxiety and panic attacks now i feel normal. But Ive been getting random shocks in the chest for a split sec and feel it feel normal right after.and I notice sometimes i would have a warm sensation around it i do alot of pushups and less cardio then I used to I had these shocks when i was a younger.but went away when I was on the swim team. Shocks are one a week it feels like a muscle spasm. Right now I feel like im bruised around the area internal

I'm 11, I know what thats like. But I get them only every 2 months or so. Do they hurt? My don't its like a quick heart beat or something. And it shocks you. Is this what you have?
