Random bug bites keep appearing on my neck.

For the past week ive been getting bites (at least i think they are bites) on the back of my neck. New ones appear almost every day. They dont itch, they hurt. And theyre pretty big. Also, my lymph node on the left side is swollen. I am currently going through a lice removal treatment. could lice be doing this to me?
