Raised spots on shaft and foreskin

I''m nearly 16 years old and I''ve had some skin issues with my genitals for a couple of years now, but I''ve never thought much of them. However, now I am becoming more self concious of them. There are a few problems. Firstly I have quite a few slightly raised white-ish bumps at the follicles of my pubic hair and some smaller ones up the back of the shaft. Then on the foreskin I have a ever so slightly raised brown spot sort of thing, it looks like a freckle from a bit of a distance but it appeared a year or so back and looks slightly raised as I say. Then only today I have just developed a small red spot next to the follicle bumps but I''m not sure if that is just going to fade after a few days so that is not a primary worry. None of the above cause any pain at all, the follicles can sometimes itch a little bit but nothing that bothers me and it is rare. They don''t seem harmless at all, but I am becoming very self concious about them. Can anyone enlighten me to what they are? Or what I can do myself to maybe reduce them? I don''t really want to tell my parents about them or to see a doctor unless I really need to. Thanks.
