Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Lumps on the penis can be due to various causes but without pain and redness can be due to pearly papules(several small flesh coloured on the head of penis which subside on their own),Fordyce spots( which are white sopts and are natural occurrence on the penis, lichen planus(non infectious but itchy)and rare cause as genital warts.
If there is development of any other symptom as pain, itching or they increase in severity and extent then consider visiting a Physician as physical examination wouyld help in giving a better idea and exact diagnosis.
Follow general hygeinic measures and avoid accumulation of sweat.Clean the genitals daily and avoid any unprotected sexual contact.
Take care!
