Hi folks,
just wondering what are the opinions of other posters/experts on the problem with 'believing' 1. a radiologists report or 2. opinions of med doctors/surgeons. There seems to be a kind of conflict/competition between the two professions. Also, it's now 2009....isn't it about time we accepted that if your wealthy/have private health-care...you are more likely to survive cancers and other diseases...than if you are poor and have no resources? The wealthy can afford 'early-intervention'.....the poor obviously not!
It reminds me a bit of the law...which is indeed an 'ass'; if you can afford a top lawyer...it's possible you can 'walk away' free as a bird....if you are poor...you'll be given the least possible that the law will afford you....and you'll be screwed! If universal health-care is not introduced....no one can say we live in a proper democracy.
I'm afraid I don't believe in that sort of democracy that favours the rich....but,hey....we vote the liars in every time!!
