Hi, I have been having chest pain for over five years now. I have had many EKG's and 2 stress tests. I have also had abdominal ct scans and mri's. The pain radiates into my upper neck and upper back. It gets so bad it is debilitating. It seems to be worse when I'm due for my cycle. Any ideas would be very helpful.

I assume you are a woman, but you don't mention your age. You also do not tell us where in the chest your pain occurs, what brings it on, what relieves it, how long it lasts, what it feels like, etc. It is unusual for pain of heart origin to radiate to the upper back. I assume there has been concern about a cardiac origin for the pain in the light of "many EKGs and 2 stress tests."
Perhaps a musculoskeletal origin for the pain merits consideration. For example, pain originating from the cervical spine area.
