is the fact that my husband quit smoking 4 days ago have anything to do with ejaculating? He's getting harder than he has in the past and staying harder... but no ejaculating. Why? Medical advice? Are these two things related to eachother?

He might be stressed out, tired and irritated because of the nicotine withdrawal. Stress can wretch havoc with his ability to orgasm and ejaculate. Give it some time and do not make big deal about it. That will only make him feel inadequate and his ego and self confidence are very important for sexual performance in a man.
