I quit birth control in the beginning of November due to chest pain and other serious side effects. I had a period 3 days after i quit but now, about 3 months later i still haven't had one yet. Ive talked to my doctor about it but she doesn't seem very concerned because im in basketball and very physically active. Can you tell me if its normal that i still havent got a period 3 months after quitting in the middle of a pack? When i looked it up on the internet it said it takes about 3-6 months for the body to adjust but im just not sure.
Thanks

its probably because you just stopped taking the pill and your body is trying to re-adjust to it's normal hormones.

then again i stopped my birth control a month ago and got my period 5 days after, and got my period again a month after that.

if you are concerned you are pregnant, take a test, it should be accuarte by now.
