Dear Doctor,

I really want to be a sober rather than an alcoholic .Could you advice me the secret way of recovering without any publicity of Name ? do we have any forum to discuss the problem on the net or over telephone? I really want to talk those who had a alcoholic problem before or any suggestions from you are most welcome.
