Q: Quick tone-up

I have this photo shoot in two weeks time and i need a quick fix to tone up, does anyone have any advice.....My old self is just saying over excercise and dont eat for 2 weeks but i really dont wanna get back into that way of thinking, advice please i feel horrible right now.......

Hi lolipops,

There are no "quick" fixes to good healthy exercising. Just pace yourself and workout an extra hour at the gym or your home using several things you have at your fingertips. For example you can use plastic milk jugs or canned goods for weight lifting if you don't have dumb bells. In crease your running if you run. Don't overdo it. You should always eat...not eating for 2 weeks is a good way or putting the wait you lost back on and more. Just eat small meals throughout the day and be aware of what and when you eat.
