quick reacurring Head pain and my finger is twitching?

Should I be worried...For the past 4 days I have been having a really quick reacurring sharp pain on the left front quadrant of my head. It is happening 1-2 times per minute. Plus is it just a coinsidence that my right middle finger has started a periodic twitch? Not that is should make much differance but in case it does I am left handed but only for eating and writing - all other things I am right handed.
