For the time I have been tracking my af it has been a 55 day cycle with a 14 day lat phase. My question is this my most recent af was 28 day cycle so do I count ovulation from the 55 day or the 28 day cycle? Embarassed

Sorry sweetie, you have me a little confused.

So are you saying that you have been having a 55 day cycle and you ovulated and then you had a 14 day luteal phase? Then you had a 28 day cycle the next time? I think that is what you are saying.

well is sounds that you are still irregular, but your cycles might be regulating. If I were you I would continue to temp if you havent started that again. I would wait to start the OPK until you have a general idea of when you are going to ovulate which you can get that idea based on the temping. That way you are not using a whole bunch when you dont know when you are ovulating. Does that make sense?

If you start to temp again, it might take you a little while to figure out what your body is doing, that combined with the opk you will be able to figure out what your body is doing...

Thanks Star. Smile
Yeah I have been having a 55 day cycle and my last one was a 28 day cycle which threw me off. I am starting to temp again but figure that I will add opk's to this to help. I knew about when I would Ovulate before but with the 28 day cycle I am not so sure.
