Well, to be completely honest with you,
it's usually used in cases of things like
bondage and what not, where you want to
"get his semen out" to reduce his urge to

Well, it depends what method you use, if
you do it, and he still masturbates or you
jack him off, he will ejaculate/orgasm,
& it will be very pleasurable for him,
but if you just flat out milk his
prostate, and don't touch his penis, his
semen will merely be pushed out, and he
will not have the pleasure.

Btw, just thought i'd mention that many
guys who's prostates are milked on a
regular basis, and are very very use to
it, often get to a point where it's
difficult for them to get off without the
