Hi,
I've been giving my husband 1/2 tea spoon BS in water at morning and night.(he is over weigh and has high bp) He was recently diagnosed with high uric acid (9) after constant pain in this knee. There is only mild swelling around the knee cap.
This is the second attack. The pain has subsided after 2 days. I had also been giving him lemonade with honey on a regular bases. You have written to avoid fruits with low ph. What about lemons and lime? They have low ph yet an alkaline effect on the body?
Also milk? though its alkaline, it has an acidic effect on the body.
Any experience with these? We want to curb the uric acid now rather then too late.
Thank-you. So many people seem to have benefited. You will be remembered in a lot of prayers, I'm sure!
Best Regards,
SF
